Flag Hoisting of Saint Euphrasia's  148th Birthday Celebration

                The 148th birth anniversary of Saint Euphrasia, who left behind a legacy of goodness and kindness, will be celebrated in Kattoor. The festivities began with the hoisting of the festal flag at the chapel where Saint Euphrasia's ancestral home is located. Msgr. Jose Maliekkal, the Proto syncellus of the Irinjalakuda Diocese, hoisted the flag on October 8 at 5 pm and led the solemn celebrations. He also delivered a message on Saint  Euphrasia's devotion to the Holy Eucharist. Mother Dhanya, the Provincial Superior of CMC Udaya Province, was present. The novena, prayer, and Holy Mass will be held at the Kattoor ancestral home chapel from October 8 to 16. The feast celebrations will conclude on October 17, with Bishop Pauly Kannookkadan, the Bishop of Irinjalakuda Diocese, presiding over the main celebrations.
